Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner II with deep domain knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), EDI standards, and clearinghouse operations. This role demands a strategic thinker who can define product vision, manage roadmaps, and deliver impactful features through agile methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, high-performance solutions that optimize healthcare workflows and maximize value for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and prioritize the product backlog; ensure features deliver value to end users and align with business strategy.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, storyboarding, and other agile ceremonies.
• Define clear, testable acceptance criteria for user stories and features.
• Translate complex healthcare domain requirements into actionable stories for the development team.
• Act as the voice of the customer, driving the team toward optimal solutions with a long-term product vision in mind.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to drive delivery of high-quality features.
• Track product performance metrics and continuously refine product strategy.
