Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner II with deep domain knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), EDI standards, and clearinghouse operations. This role demands a strategic thinker who can define product vision, manage roadmaps, and deliver impactful features through agile methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, high-performance solutions that optimize healthcare workflows and maximize value for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
- Own and prioritize the product backlog; ensure features deliver value to end users and align with business strategy.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, storyboarding, and other agile ceremonies.
- Define clear, testable acceptance criteria for user stories and features.
- Translate complex healthcare domain requirements into actionable stories for the development team.
- Act as the voice of the customer, driving the team toward optimal solutions with a long-term product vision in mind.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to drive delivery of high-quality features.
- Track product performance metrics and continuously refine product strategy.
Must Have Qualifications Domain Expertise :
Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes : claims submission, adjudication, billing, and payments.Expertise in EDI standards (X12, HL7) for healthcare data exchange.Experience with clearinghouse operations, including claims validation, routing, and data transformation.Proficiency in handling high-volume healthcare data exchange systems.Product Management Skills :
Demonstrated ability to develop a clear product vision and strategic roadmap.Proficient in product lifecycle management from ideation to release and continuous improvement.Skilled in backlog ownership, prioritizing features that balance short-term needs with long-term product goals.Experience in requirements gathering, user story writing, and cross-functional collaboration.Agile Methodology :
Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile practices.Hands-on experience leading agile ceremonies : sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives.Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in an iterative development environment.Nice to Have :
Prior experience working on payer-provider platforms or health information exchanges.Familiarity with FHIR and other emerging healthcare interoperability standards.Certification in CSPO, SAFe, or similar agile frameworks.Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.Why Work With This Team :
