Product Owner - Healthcare & Finance Domain

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product definition and delivery for applications in healthcare and finance. The ideal candidate will be a client-facing leader who can translate business goals into product features, drive user experience design, and guide end-to-end delivery with the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to define product strategy.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, wireframes, and user journeys.
• Define and maintain personas and ensure designs align with end-user needs.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to balance client priorities and business goals.
• Partner with development teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Validate releases through UAT and stakeholder feedback.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure successful implementation.
• Bring domain expertise in healthcare and finance to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Drive adoption of data and AI / ML capabilities within 5-8+ years of experience in product management or ownership.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering digital products in healthcare or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and product lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with UX / design tools and prototyping.
• Understanding of data workflows, analytics, and AI / ML integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
