Roles & Responsibilities :

• Defining, refining, and clearly communicating the team's mission and roadmap to inspire alignment and support among team members and stakeholders.
• Contributing to the product roadmap by ensuring full transparency around the capabilities being developed and influencing the identification of new opportunities.
• Engaging with clients and partners to understand and prioritize their needs, serving as their advocate within the team.
• Establishing clear acceptance criteria and measuring results against them.
• Monitoring progress, identifying obstacles, and facilitating their removal.
• Evaluating team performance against established objectives, ensuring the delivery of business, technology, and people outcomes.
• Collaborating with other leaders and Scrum Masters to build team capacity, capability, and foster the growth and development of team members.
• Making informed trade-off decisions to balance quality, cost, and timelines effectively.
• Contributing to the ideation process by bringing innovative ideas to the table.
