Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at XTEN-AV. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting our business goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
• Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Lead performance appraisal systems and oversee training and development programs.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee well-being.
