Job Opening : Sales Support Executive – Pharma MNC (Ahmedabad)

Location : Ahmedabad

Qualification : Graduate

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with field sales team for daily activities, targets & task updates
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, dashboards & performance trackers
  • Manage customer queries, follow-ups, and order documentation
  • Support in tender documentation, quotations & product information
  • Coordinate with supply chain for dispatch, billing & stock availability
  • Maintain CRM data and ensure timely updates
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences & training programs

Key Skills :

  • Strong English communication (Spoken & Verbal) & coordination skills
  • Should have experience working on ERP & MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Pharma products / sales processes is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and handle timelines effectively
