We are seeking an expert Relationship Manager to manage key Non-Resident (NR) clients and provide exceptional relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new relationships from corporate and institutional banking teams and ensuring the profitability and quality of their client portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client and Relationship Management :
- Manage and provide expert relationship management for key NR clients.
- Drive the acquisition of new relationships from the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) team, focusing on owners, promoters, directors, and CFOs.
- Anticipate shifting customer expectations to ensure the bank stays ahead of competitors.
- Ensure regular engagement with mapped relationships and maintain portfolio quality and profitability at the client level.
Product and Business Development :
Maintain a strong working knowledge of client portfolios and products to increase business wallet share.Showcase the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential key clients to harness incremental business opportunities.Contribute to the development of new products and services by providing customer feedback to the respective program teams.Compliance and Collaboration :
Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements in all dealings.Participate in cross-functional activities that promote collective responsibility and help achieve the institution's objectives.Skills Required
Proven experience in managing key client relationships, preferably with NR clients.The ability to acquire new relationships from a CIB team.Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial banking products.An understanding of KYC and AML requirements.A proactive approach to anticipating and addressing customer needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong client relationships.The position will be evaluated based on overall profitability and relationship at both the RM and client levels.Skills Required
