Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced leader from the Alcobev industry only to take on the role of State Head – Maharashtra . This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence in one of our key markets.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive state-level sales growth and market expansion

Build and strengthen presence across Retail & HORECA channels

Manage the full P&L responsibility for the state and deliver profitability

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team

Define and implement business strategies to achieve targets

Ensure execution of trade schemes, manage volumes, and streamline operations

Experience & Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Alcobev industry in Maharashtra (mandatory)

Proven track record of delivering results in a leadership role within Alcobev

Strong understanding of Retail and HORECA channels in Maharashtra

Excellent leadership, people management, and business acumen

Ability to drive strategy while ensuring flawless execution
