We are seeking a motivated and professional Female Receptionist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide information to clients and customers regarding services and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
