Role Overview :
We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and growth-obsessed Digital Marketing Specialist who can spearhead paid performance across Google, Meta, and other ad ecosystems. You'll be the go-to person for driving measurable ROI, scaling ad budgets smartly, and experimenting with performance-led storytelling.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategize and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube to maximize ROI.
Conduct A / B testing on creatives, audiences, and copies to enhance performance metrics.
Manage dashboards and deliver weekly campaign insights and performance reports.
Collaborate with creative teams to align ads with launches, festive drops, and brand narratives.
Stay updated on ad policies, platform algorithms, and emerging digital opportunities.
Requirements :
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (jewelry, fashion, or luxury segment preferred).
Deep understanding of ad metrics — CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, CAC, etc.
Proven track record of scaling D2C brand campaigns profitably.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify analytics tools.
Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
