Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales and Operations, based in Noida with flexibility for some work-from-home days. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects — from inquiry to installation.

Sales & Client Relations

• Research and identify potential architectural and interior design firms for collaborations on residential and commercial lighting projects.
• Reach out to potential clients, present LumeHaus offerings, and build strong professional relationships.
• Manage incoming client inquiries (B2B + B2C) — from first contact to order closure.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with precision and timeliness.
• Support sales activities during exhibitions, design fairs, and pop-ups.
• Maintain a CRM system to track leads, interactions, and conversions.
• Nurture long-term relationships with key partners, designers, and vendors.
