Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, filtering relevant data, and generating potential leads to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to potential clients or data sources.
Filter and qualify data based on company-defined criteria to identify potential leads.
Maintain and update daily records in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Generate and nurture leads, and forward them to the sales or business development team.
Follow up with prospective leads to build rapport and convert them into opportunities.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead targets.
Requirements :
Proven experience in lead generation preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering).
Ability to handle large volumes of calls and work under pressure.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
