About the Role –
Tele calling Consultant
The Tele calling Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls to drive sales, resolve queries, and ensure a superior customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling techniques, and the ability to nurture customer relationships to achieve revenue and retention goals.
Work Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to promote ET products.
Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide detailed product explanations.
Deliver high-quality sales pitches tailored to customer needs and pain points.
Track, manage, and update leads in CRM systems effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for conversions and revenue.
Gather customer feedback to improve tele calling scripts and sales processes.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to share insights on customer behavior.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Skills, Experience & Expertise
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in tele sales / tele calling / customer support.
Ability to handle objections and convert them into sales opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
Persuasive selling skills with customer-first mindset.
Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
Strong listening skills and patience to deal with diverse customer profiles.
