Telesales Executive

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling home loans, credit cards, and insurance products over the phone, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Contact potential and existing customers through outbound / inbound calls.

Explain product details (home loans, credit cards, and insurance) and guide customers through eligibility criteria and benefits.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle queries professionally.

Coordinate with field sales and operations teams for smooth processing of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience : Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in telesales or banking / BPO sales environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and goal-oriented with a customer-first attitude.

Basic understanding of financial products (home loan, credit card, insurance) preferred.

Proficiency in English and local language.

Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
