2. Customer Service & Experience
Ensure superior customer service and personalized shopping experience.Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.Train staff on product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.Maintain a welcoming and luxurious store atmosphere aligned with brand standards.3. Team Leadership & Staff Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates, cashiers, and support staff.Create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for smooth store operations.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback / coaching.Motivate the team to meet sales goals and maintain morale.Ensure adherence to grooming, attendance, and conduct policies.4. Inventory & Stock Management
Oversee daily stock movement, stock-in and stock-out procedures.Ensure accurate inventory records and minimize shrinkage or pilferage.Coordinate with the head office for replenishment and new product launches.Supervise stock audits, tagging, and display of jewellery.Monitor product mix to ensure balance between high-value and fast-moving items.5. Operations & Administration
