Founded in 2024 by two software engineers, Indiranagar Run Club (IRC) has grown to become one of Bengaluru's fastest-growing fitness communities. With over 35,000 social media followers and more than 10,000 runners engaged in the past year, IRC is dedicated to bringing people together through community runs, creative fitness pop-ups, and wellness programs. We believe fitness is transformational, not transactional, and aim to build a culture of wellness and connection by reimagining what a run club can be.

Operations Manager (Head of Getting Things Done) – Bengaluru

We're building a fitness + culture movement greater than running. We're looking for a full-time Operations Manager to own execution and keep the flywheel spinning.

What you'll do :

• Oversee daily operations : community runs, fitness events, wellness programs.
• Ensure flawless execution of events, content calendars, and brand deliverables.
• Drive accountability across the team (content, brand, event ops).
• Build systems so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Manage budgets and ensure ROI from events & campaigns.
• Solve blockers proactively, keeping execution smooth and on-time.
