Job Title : Delivery Manager, HR Technology Solutions

Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership & Delivery Management :
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent HR technology implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Implement and champion best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) tailored to project needs.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Solution Architecture & Application Understanding :
Possess a strong understanding of various HR technology applications and platforms, with demonstrated experience in Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle Fusion HCM.Act as a key contributor in solution design, understanding client business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.Guide the technical team in designing and implementing integrations with bolt-on applications, analytics tools, and other enterprise systems.Demonstrate a solid grasp of the complete employee lifecycle and how HR technology supports each stage.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.10+ years of progressive experience in project management and delivery management, with a significant portion in a professional services firm.Demonstrated hands-on working experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle Fusion HCM is essential.Proven experience in implementing complex integrations with bolt-on applications and analytics solutions.Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and their application in HR technology.Excellent business analysis skills, with the ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements effectively.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR business processes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.Ability to travel as required to client sites.(ref : hirist.tech)
