Manager - Supply Planner

Job descriptionDevelop and maintain supply plans considering production capacity, material availability, and logistics constraints. Monitor inventory strategies, including safety stock, to reduce stock-outs and excess. Work with Sales and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely supplies. Optimize product allocation and distribution to prevent aging stock. Coordinate with logistics partners and shipping lines to optimize delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs, and documentation requirements. Oversee export documentation like invoices, packing lists, and certificates. Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and data availability. Identify supply chain bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Present data-driven insights to leadership. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production teams to align on plans. Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers for smooth operations. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields 7+ years of experience in demand and supply planning (3-4 years in export / international markets preferred) Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply planning, and global trade regulations Expertise in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
