Job Title : Technical Recruiter

Location : Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru (100% Onsite)

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Shift Timing : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM IST

Experience Required : 06 Months -1 Year (International Hiring Experience is Mandatory)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for UAE staffing.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet staffing targets for UAE clients.
• Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting qualified professionals.
• Draft and publish job postings / ads on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through resume databases, job boards, social media campaigns, networking, referrals, and career fairs.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive candidate database and ensure accurate documentation of the recruitment process.
• Provide regular status updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status.
