Job descriptionDrive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversions. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, enterprise clients, and industry stakeholders. Negotiate and close high-value contracts with a consultative approach. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and site visits across India. Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates through CRM tools.

Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales / business development with proven results in B2B / OEM environments.
- Industry exposure in Lithium Battery, Automotive, or related tech sectors .
- Strong client network and experience engaging with OEMs or large enterprises.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & Communication, or related field (B.Tech required).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics and sales cycles.
