Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients while working closely with the sales team to drive business growth. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to effectively communicate and demonstrate our products' value to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Provide post-sales support and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry developments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
  • Strong technical knowledge of products and systems relevant to the industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical documents and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients.
