About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Digital Lending to lead the development, integration, and optimization of our digital personal loan products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing partnerships with Lending Service Providers (LSPs), driving API-based product journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital lending experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner Onboarding :
- Onboard digital lending partners onto our system and application, ensuring smooth integration and operational readiness.
Product Lifecycle Management :
Manage the entire product lifecycle for digital personal loan products from ideation to launch, enhancement, and scale-up.Performance & Strategy :
Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to measure success and plan future strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with teams across Technology, Credit, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure product success.Innovation & Partnerships :
Conceptualize and implement innovative digital lending solutions and customer journeys through strategic partnerships.Stakeholder Management :
Coordinate with external stakeholders and align internal teams to ensure timely implementation and go-live of partner integrations.Compliance Alignment :
Align internal stakeholders for all required approvals and design digital journeys adhering to compliance frameworks.Documentation & Process Design :
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) capturing product scope, policy parameters, and process requirements.Journey Design :
Create and optimize end-to-end digital lending journeys from onboarding to disbursement.Process Optimization :
Drive process improvement and digitalization across lead generation, onboarding, servicing, loan management, and collections.Budget Management :
Manage operational budgets and costs across all digital products and services.Operational Excellence :
Facilitate development, testing, and deployment of operational processes, systems, and reports to ensure efficiency and compliance.Partner Operations :
Manage partner payouts and related services, ensuring seamless reconciliation and tracking.Requirements :
5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management within Fintech, Banking, or Digital Lending.Strong understanding of API integrations, embedded journeys, and digital customer experiences.Proven experience working with Lending Service Providers (LSPs).Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product roadmaps.(ref : hirist.tech)
