Job Overview :
We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Banking Customer Service team . The role involves assisting customers through voice (calls) and non-voice (emails, chat, or tickets) channels to resolve their banking-related queries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails related to banking services.
- Provide information on account details, transactions, credit / debit cards, loans, and online banking .
- Help customers resolve issues related to digital banking, payments, and account access .
- Record and update customer details accurately in internal systems.
- Ensure all interactions comply with banking policies and data security guidelines .
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
- Work towards achieving daily / weekly quality and productivity targets .
Required Skills :
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both are mandatory).Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of banking and financial services preferred.Good typing speed and computer knowledge (for non-voice processes).Ability to work in rotational shifts , including weekends if required.Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service excellence.Preferred Candidates :
Freshers or experienced candidates from BPO / Banking / Financial Services background.Comfortable working in voice and non-voice processes .Immediate joiners preferred.Education
