Position – Team Lead (Customer Support)
Location : Ameerpet
Work mode – Hybrid after 3 months

Key Requirements :
- Qualifications : Any Graduation
- Experience : Minimum 2–4 years overall, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader on paper
- Process Experience : Domestic Inbound Customer Support (Voice Process)
- Languages : Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise a team of customer support executives in a domestic inbound process ( 35- 40-member team).Monitor and drive team performance, productivity, and adherence to service level targets.Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness.Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.Skills and Abilities :
Performance Metrics Handling : Proven experience in managing key KPIs such as AHT, FCR, CSATAbility to manage pressure and resolve issues efficientlyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple languagesApply on varalakshmi.y@livecjobs.com
