Role Overview
We're looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to own the storytelling, positioning, and collateral that make Ratham's products stand out in the market. You'll translate complex transport and tech features into clear business value for procurement heads, facility managers, and CXOs.
This role is about clarity, precision, and impact, making sure every brochure, case study, and event pitch drives enterprise trust and sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Positioning & Messaging
- Develop clear positioning and differentiated value propositions for Ratham's product portfolio.
- Align product messaging with enterprise buyer priorities : reliability, cost optimization, compliance, and sustainability.
- Maintain consistency across websites, LinkedIn, brochures, and sales decks.
Collateral & Sales Enablement
Build and update one-pagers, brochures, pitch decks, and case studies.Translate operational data into proof-driven narratives.Provide the sales team with compelling materials for client presentations.Email Marketing & LinkedIn Outreach
Draft and manage email campaigns for product announcements, nurture sequences, and prospecting.Support cold outreach on LinkedIn with tailored messaging aligned to product value props.Work with sales to test and refine outbound copy, subject lines, and formats for higher conversion.Content Development
Draft LinkedIn articles, website copy, and blog inputs for product launches and updates.Support SEO initiatives with product-focused content.Work with the graphics designer to create visually compelling marketing assets.Market & Customer Insights
Conduct market research to refine positioning and messaging.Capture customer and stakeholder feedback to influence product narratives.Monitor industry trends to keep Ratham's marketing fresh and relevant.Event Marketing Support
Prepare event materials : kiosks, brochures, standees, and talking points.Ensure product positioning comes through clearly at conferences and client meetings.Collect feedback from prospects at events to improve future marketing assets.What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or B2B tech marketing.Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical features into business impact.Experience in creating product collateral and sales enablement content.Analytical mindset : skilled at using data points to build compelling stories.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.(Bonus) Exposure to enterprise mobility, SaaS, or transport-tech domains.Skills Required
