Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller and Team Leader in Real Estate, based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller role involves generating property leads, conducting outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and responding to customer queries. The Team Leader will oversee a team, ensure sales targets are met, monitor team performance, and offer guidance and support to team members. Both roles require consistent communication with clients, maintaining records of calls and leads, and delivering excellent customer service to meet clients' real estate requirements.
