Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller and Team Leader in Real Estate, based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller role involves generating property leads, conducting outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and responding to customer queries. The Team Leader will oversee a team, ensure sales targets are met, monitor team performance, and offer guidance and support to team members. Both roles require consistent communication with clients, maintaining records of calls and leads, and delivering excellent customer service to meet clients' real estate requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team while meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in customer relationship building and lead conversion
  • Organizational skills to maintain records and coordinate tasks effectively
  • Basic understanding of the real estate industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using call management systems or CRM tools is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any field
