The Tele Caller position is a full-time role based in Gurgaon, Delhi, aimed at enhancing our customer engagement and supporting our clients in launching their skincare brands. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing them to effectively connect with potential clients and guide them through the process of product selection and brand building.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via phone calls and face-to-face meetings to gather their skincare brand requirements.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding product options, capturing detailed feedback for any changes or new product developments.
• Advise clients about new market trends and ingredients in skincare products.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and packaging vendors to ensure the delivery of quality products at competitive prices.
• Foster and nurture strong client relationships through timely product delivery and regular follow-ups on new product offerings.
