Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Team Lead- Real Estate Sales. The Team Lead will manage and oversee the sales team, implement strategies to drive property sales, and foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising brokerage activities, enabling the team to meet targets, guiding the team in client interactions, and maintaining market intelligence to ensure competitive advantage.
