We’re looking for a creative and analytical Brand Strategist who can transform insights into impactful brand stories and campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop brand positioning, communication strategies, and campaign ideas that connect with audiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and articulate brand positioning, tone of voice, and communication strategies for clients across industries.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to shape brand direction.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and account management teams to translate strategy into strong creative executions.
- Partner with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and target audiences.
- Build brand architecture and guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Evaluate ongoing campaigns and brand performance, providing data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital innovations to bring fresh thinking to every project.
- Present brand and campaign strategies confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer psychology.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Analytical and creative thinker with a strong strategic mindset.Ability to collaborate across creative, design, and media teams.Proficiency in research tools, trend analysis, and presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Keynote, Miro, etc.).Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is preferred.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.4–5 years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or account strategy roles.
