We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers / entry-level candidates who are passionate about human resources and recruitment. Experienced candidates can apply too.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with managers to determine recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment metrics.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Right candidate must know ENGLISH + HINDI + KANNADA proficiently.Excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Additional Details :
