With a growing team and expanding operations, we are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive who can manage our workforce and support our vision of becoming a leading snacking brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for a team of 15 employees and oversee smooth workplace functioning.
- Handle recruitment : source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across various departments.
- Develop onboarding programs to ensure smooth induction of new employees.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee data management.
- Create and implement HR policies in alignment with company culture and compliance.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Support management in performance evaluation and training needs.
- Address staff concerns, resolve conflicts, and act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (2 years) as an HR Executive / Officer / Generalist.Strong knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, compliance, performance management).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.Familiarity with HRMS tools will be an added advantage.Why Join Us?
