CDP Analyst - Treasure Data

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic CDP Analyst / Business Analyst to manage end-to-end Treasure Data Customer Data Platform (CDP) operations, development, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, analytical acumen, and excellent client management skills to deliver data-driven insights and campaign execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Treasure Data CDP operations — setup, configuration, workflow creation, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain audience segments , data workflows , and automations within CDP.
• Ensure end-to-end client management , including requirement gathering, implementation, reporting, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders — Marketing, BI, CRM, and Tech teams — to enable seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, schema integrity, and system performance.
• Build and automate reporting dashboards and campaign performance reports.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations using CDP data and analytics.
• Present analytical findings and business updates to clients in a clear and effective manner.
