Job Summary :
We are looking for a forward-thinking and innovative individual with advanced data management and analysis skills in Oracle PL / SQL and Microsoft Excel, and Oracle OTBI knowledge.
The selected individual for this temporary position will assist with data cleansing, transformation management, taking guidance from senior members of staff to assist within Procurement run the business activities and assist data migration to cloud ERP. The individual will work with cross-functional teams in close collaboration with the and IT organizations to manage both Indirect and Direct Procurement data.
The responsibilities will also include configuring the Oracle OTBI application, conducting system testing, supporting user acceptance testing and documentation, generating reports, and providing post-implementation support.
Job Requirements :
- Good oral and written communication skills; including the ability to author detailed process and software feature documentation.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, task, project management, and organizational skills.
- Support data cleansing and conversion from Oracle iProcurement and / or Ariba (or other systems) for migration into Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Advanced skills with Oracle PL / SQL queries and scripting is required.
- Advanced skills with MS Excel are required including formulas and the ability to author macros using VBA or Office Script.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile development process and systems analysis, design, and requirements management.
- Basic to Intermediate software programming and / or scripting skill, including coding constructs and techniques.
- Configure and implement Oracle OTBI module to meet our needs.
- Conduct system testing to validate the configured solution and ensure it meets the defined requirements.
- Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects identified during testing or & Experience :
- A Masters degree, or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of work experience is required. 8 to 9 years of experience is preferred.
- Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle OTBI report modules and other oracle supply chain applications.
- Knowledge of supplier qualification management processes and best practices.
- Certification in Oracle Supplier Management or related Oracle certification is a plus.
- A strong understanding of Procurement related domains of knowledge is required.
