The identified resource will be responsible for producing the following deliverables, each finalized and submitted in a designated shared access space :
a. Kickoff pack : scope confirmation, plan, stakeholder schedule, comms / escalation model.
b. Discovery Summary (per use-cases Pre-Licensing & Licensing, Rep Hierarchy) :

a. Logical data mapping and traceability pack logical model, source coverage matrix, transformation notes, data quality notes, stewardship
b. Reference-level physical model outline (naming conventions, key candidates, storage format guidance - no DDL).
Metadata and lineage package : captured metadata, lineage diagrams, dependency notes.Business and data rule catalog structure : DQ thresholds, business logic, calculation logic, cleansing / conforming rules.Governance alignment pack : glossary mapping and gap analysis, stewardship RACI, change-control recommendations.Templates and toolkits : reusable templates plus completed exemplars and acceptance checklists.Training package : training deck(s), exercises, reference guides; recordings if sessions are remote.Training delivery : up to 3 sessions (live or recorded).Final knowledge transfer & sustainability handoff checklist and session :
