o Own and drive execution of all client activation campaigns across PAN India locations.
o Translate client briefs into scalable, timely and cost-effective operations plans.
o Collaborate with Business Development and Client Servicing to ensure flawless delivery.
o Build & lead regional and zonal operations teams PAN India.
o Ensure execution standards, cost control and timely delivery for each project.
o Build and enforce SOPs for campaign execution, logistics, promoter deployment, etc.
o Oversee nationwide promoter network – recruitment, onboarding, training and quality control.
o Build and manage relationships with execution vendors and third-party agencies.
o Ensure legal compliance and documentation of promoters and vendors.
o Champion adoption and utilization of the internal Campaign Management System (CMS).
o Work closely with the technology team to enhance tools for planning, reporting and analysis.
o Drive real-time monitoring and data-backed insights from on-ground campaigns.
o Monitor project budgets, control costs and ensure healthy gross margins.
o Work with the finance team to forecast, allocate and track campaign-related expenses.
o Ensure statutory compliances
