D365 Project Manager

Role purpose

Version one is seeking an experienced D365 Project Manager to lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes and projects managing the full lifecycle from planning through to go-live and transition to BAU support.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes (finance supply chain operations) with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions. The Project Manager will act as the bridge between business stakeholders functional consultants and technical teams ensuring solutions are aligned with organisational objectives and deliver measurable value.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in project governance risk management and delivery methodologies combined with hands-on experience in using Azure DevOps for backlog management sprint planning and release coordination.

Key responsibilities

Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects ensuring outcomes align with agreed standards objectives and business expectations.
• Develop track and manage project plans RAID logs schedules budgets and resources using Azure DevOps and PMO frameworks.
• Should have F&O experience
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants developers vendors and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless execution and alignment of deliverables.
• Identify manage and mitigate risks and issues that may impact delivery timelines quality or budget.
• Oversee functional and technical deliverables ensuring the solution is configured and customised to meet agreed business requirements
• Manage interdependencies between finance operations and supply chain workstreams ensuring cross-functional alignment.
