Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead large-scale E-commerce and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work across engineering, architecture, design, QA, product, and operations teams to deliver high-impact programs that power seamless digital experiences globally.

You will combine technical depth, Agile leadership, and data-driven execution to drive delivery excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, can influence without authority, and ensures every project delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilitie s

Lead end-to-end execution of complex E-commerce and digital platform initiatives-from strategy and planning through launch and optimization.

Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, operations, marketing, etc.) to define clear project scopes, milestones, and success metrics.

Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination to maintain predictable and efficient delivery cycles.

Translate business goals into technical requirements, ensuring alignment across engineering and business stakeholders.

Manage global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, driving collaboration through structured communication and documentation.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

Deliver concise, data-driven project updates, KPIs, and dashboards to leadership, enabling transparent decision-making.

Partner with architecture and engineering teams to implement scalable integrations across

ERP, CRM, CMS , payment gateways, logistics, and analytics systems.

Champion operational excellence by streamlining delivery processes, optimizing tooling, and improving release velocity through automation and CI / CD best practices.

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and digital commerce innovations to recommend platform and process enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

15+ years of experience in IT project or program management within E-commerce, digital platforms, or SaaS environments.

Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional programs at scale—on time, within budget, and with measurable business outcomes.

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Solid technical understanding of web and mobile technologies (APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud platforms).

Experience managing large E-commerce ecosystems involving Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Hands-on experience with integrations across NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, and similar enterprise systems.

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI / CD frameworks.

Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and related Agile project management tools.

PMP, CSM, or Agile certification preferred; AWS certification is a plus.

Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills with a bias toward action and accountability.
