Experience : 6 to 10 years
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM
- Proven expertise in any 2 to 3 modules in Workday : Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence , Recruitment, Onboarding / Offboarding , Payroll Interfaces, Talent / Performance , Advanced Compensation, Security & Reporting.
- Strong understanding of L2 / L3 application support processes, incident management, and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience managing Workday integrations, release management, and tenant configuration.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Workday certification(s) preferred.
