Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM professional to support the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of our Workday Human Capital Management system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday modules, strong analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing HR processes through technology.
Key Responsibilities :
Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules , such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Time Tracking.Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.Manage system upgrades, releases, testing, and integrations with other systems.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday.Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy across modules.Participate in Workday implementations, enhancements, and change management initiatives.Provide user training and documentation to HR and business stakeholders.Ensure compliance with HR data privacy and security standards.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years (or more) of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, reporting, and integrations.Experience with one or more of the following modules is highly desirable : Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, or Time Tracking.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :
Workday certification(s) in HCM or related modules.Experience with EIBs, calculated fields, or Workday Studio integrations.Familiarity with HR operations, payroll processes, or talent management.Project management or Agile methodology experience.
