We at Engineering Industries Excellence are seeking a skilled and certified Workday Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HCM and Talent modules, with broader experience across other HR processes. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and contribute to all phases of Workday implementation projects :
• Analysis and design
• Configuration and customization
• Testing and bug resolution
• User training and support
• Cutover planning and deployment
• Post go-live support
• Configure Workday for various HR processes
• Build and manage custom and standard Workday reports
• Work independently as an Individual Contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
• Provide functional and technical guidance on best practices and solution architecture
