Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for :
Maintain corporate records, including minute books, legal entity databases, and organisational structure charts.
Draft, review, and coordinate execution of basic legal documents, resolutions, and internal templates.
Support legal due diligence and documentation for transactions such as acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and entity formations / dissolutions.
Prepare meeting materials for Board and Committee meetings, including notices, agendas, and minutes.
Coordinate compliance and regulatory filings; assist in implementing legal policies and process documentation.
Perform corporate searches, online registrations, and assist with KYC requirements and bank account setups.
Manage internal trackers, project timelines, and ensure document circulation and deadline adherence.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and cross-functional teams.
Maintain and manage legal entity platforms and digital governance tools.
