About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in the SaaS or IT Software industry, focusing on B2B clients across the GCC and Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in account management, client retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients across the GCC and Middle East region
- Drive renewals, retention , and build strong long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SaaS solutions to meet client business needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations, queries, and ongoing account support
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Understand client goals and provide strategic advice on how our solutions can help achieve them
- Report account health, renewal forecasts, and growth opportunities
Requirements
2 to 6 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the SaaS or IT Software industryProven experience in client retention, upselling, and cross-selling in a B2B environmentStrong understanding of the GCC and Middle East market landscapeExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectivelyExperience using CRM tools and reporting systemsBenefits
