We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager for our Bancassurance team to facilitate the sale of life insurance products through our banking partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with bank staff and clients, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales of life insurance products.
- Conduct training sessions for bank staff to enhance their understanding of life insurance offerings.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales performance and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners.Ability to understand and explain complex financial products.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends.Knowledge of banking and insurance regulations in India.Skills Required
