Role & Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotations for international clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team on leads and ensure smaller leads are closed directly.
• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) logistics.
• Process and release orders into production based on customer specifications.
• Communicate customer requests to internal order management and production teams.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure products are prepared for shipment.
