Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and ensure quality control of telesales calls to maintain high service standards.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection and sales targets for the team.
- Manage team rosters to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
- Oversee attendance, leaves, and adherence to schedules.
- Allocate telecalling lists and ensure efficient lead distribution among team members.
- Provide continuous feedback to team members on performance, areas of improvement, and progress.
- Conduct daily briefings and motivational sessions before shifts.
- Handle re-training sessions to improve performance and conversion skills.
- Maintain detailed reports related to sales, collections, and account status.
- Ensure accurate daily deposition of payments collected by the team.
- Track competitor activities and process performance metrics.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews for new hires.
- Perform periodic performance reviews and appraisals for the team.
What You Should Have :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in a telesales or telemarketing environment.Prior experience in team management preferred.Strong skills in objection handling, communication, and negotiation.Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Skills Required
