Key Responsibilities :
- Digital Campaign Execution :
- Assist in strategizing and executing ROI-focused digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn , and native platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience targeting , briefing, creative coordination , budget tracking , A / B testing , and real-time optimizations.
- Performance Metrics & Optimization :
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL , CPQL , CPSV , CTR , CPM , ROAS , and conversion rates across all campaigns.
- Collaboration & Campaign Rollout :
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, tech, and analytics) to ensure integrated and timely campaign rollout.
- User Journey Analysis :
- Conduct funnel and user journey analysis to identify friction points and suggest improvements for better conversions.
- Reporting & Insights :
- Generate detailed campaign reports and performance dashboards with actionable insights for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Campaign Hygiene :
- Maintain campaign hygiene, tagging (UTM, GTM) , pixel implementation , and performance tracking for all paid assets.
Key Skills & Competencies :
2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing , focusing on paid performance campaigns .Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager , and GA4 , with familiarity with native platforms.Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models , and campaign tracking methodologies (UTM, GTM, pixels).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into optimization strategies.Strong communication, collaboration , and project management skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-performing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot , Zoho ) is a plus.Basic knowledge of HTML is an added advantage.Skills Required
