Role Overview :
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and engagement across digital platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to build a scalable digital presence and drive measurable ROI.
Key & Planning :
- Develop and implement 360- digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Plan and manage monthly / quarterly campaigns aligned with business goals (customer acquisition, lead generation, awareness).
Performance Marketing :
Drive lead generation and conversion through paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.Manage end-to-end performance campaigns - budgeting, execution, A / B testing, optimization, and reporting.Social Media & Content :
Develop and manage content calendar for all platforms.Collaborate with design / content teams to create engaging creatives and videos.Monitor trends and analytics to optimize engagement and reach.Website & SEO :
Manage website performance and content updates.Improve organic visibility through SEO audits, keyword optimization, backlink strategy, and content development.Email & Automation :
Create customer journeys and drip campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, MoEngage, or similar.Optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions.Analytics & Reporting :
Track, measure, and report performance of digital campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.Provide actionable insights to optimize CAC, CTR, ROAS, etc.Vendor / Agency Management :
Coordinate with digital agencies, influencers, and content creators.Ensure timely delivery, alignment with brand, and performance targets.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in experience with :Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn AdsSEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)Email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, MoEngage)Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data StudioStrong analytical and communication skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Creative thinker with a performance-oriented mindset.What We Offer :
