Job description

Role Overview :

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and engagement across digital platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to build a scalable digital presence and drive measurable ROI.

Key & Planning :

  • Develop and implement 360- digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Plan and manage monthly / quarterly campaigns aligned with business goals (customer acquisition, lead generation, awareness).

Performance Marketing :

  • Drive lead generation and conversion through paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end performance campaigns - budgeting, execution, A / B testing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Social Media & Content :

  • Develop and manage content calendar for all platforms.
  • Collaborate with design / content teams to create engaging creatives and videos.
  • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Website & SEO :

  • Manage website performance and content updates.
  • Improve organic visibility through SEO audits, keyword optimization, backlink strategy, and content development.
  • Email & Automation :

  • Create customer journeys and drip campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, MoEngage, or similar.
  • Optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting :

  • Track, measure, and report performance of digital campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize CAC, CTR, ROAS, etc.
  • Vendor / Agency Management :

  • Coordinate with digital agencies, influencers, and content creators.
  • Ensure timely delivery, alignment with brand, and performance targets.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in experience with :
  • Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
  • Email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, MoEngage)
  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Creative thinker with a performance-oriented mindset.
