Proactive Project Manager to lead the internal coordination of projects across different

teams. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless execution of client deliverables by managing internal timelines, resources, and communication. You will work closely with the Project Lead, who serves as the client liaison, to ensure expectations are

aligned and deliverables are met.

Own and manage internal project workflows from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.

Collaborate daily with the Project Lead, to stay updated on client requirements, project scope changes, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate cross-functional internal teams—including engineering, product, data, and compliance—to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and accountable.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task assignments.

Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactively to avoid delays.

Maintain clear documentation of project milestones, decisions, and changes.

Facilitate internal stand-ups and project status meetings.

Monitor resource availability and project capacity, raising conflicts or constraints as needed.

Ensure that internal work aligns with compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Requirement : 8+ Years

Successful track record in implementing software end-to-end software-delivery life cycle, with a minimum 3+ years of experience serving as a project manager role leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced services delivering to client up-to implementations.

Experience working project implementing in projects on financial institutions is a plus

Experience working on hybrid approach waterfall and agile framework is an advantage

Demonstrated ability to apply best practices managing timelines, WBS, implementation plan
