    We are looking for an Enterprise Salesperson to join our high energy team.

    As part of your day-to-day work, you will be :

  • Managing and forecasting a sales pipeline.
  • Connecting with the relevant decision makers : CEOs / Founders / HRs / Wellness Heads / Rewards Team / Compensation & Benefits Team.
  • Communicating constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve sales pipeline.
  • Proactively sourcing new leads and new business opportunities , with the support of the sales development and marketing functions.
  • Researching accounts to understand the needs, enabling effective follow-up, and generating interest.
  • Becoming an expert in Corporate health benefits, wellness, and primary healthcare.
  • Compensation : Compensation will depend on the last drawn salary and the quality of the candidate. The variable pay / bonus structure will be shared only during the interview.

    Must Haves :

  • Bachelors / master's Degree.
  • At least 5 years of B2B Sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing HealthTech / SaaS / Startup / Insurance Broking.
