Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and business objectives for maintenance projects.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues in existing ERP applications, ensuring timely resolution of bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Work closely with the testing team to identify and address software defects.
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving functional and technical queries related to ERP modules.
Monitor application performance, system logs, and scheduled jobs to ensure high availability and reliability.
Document issue resolutions, root causes, and technical procedures to enhance the support knowledge base.
Coordinate with development teams for code fixes, enhancements, and deployment activities.
Participate in release validation, patch updates, and version upgrades to ensure smooth rollout with minimal downtime.
