Job Title : Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing the sales pipeline, generating sales forecasts and reports, and driving initiatives that grow our market share. This role requires a collaborative leader with strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities
  • Create and analyze sales forecasting reports to guide strategic planning and decision-making
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve overall effectiveness
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) and external distributors to ensure alignment and maximize market reach
  • Assist in the development of the annual sales and marketing plans and budgets
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Master's is a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical sales and / or business development
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, CRM systems, and sales forecasting tools
  • Previous industry experience (please specify industry, if applicable)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically while managing operational details
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
